• Provide and maintain the MomentoMaps Service

We do not sell your personal data. We share your data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate our Service:

• Supabase — database hosting and file storage (photos, videos, album data)
• Stripe — payment processing for web subscriptions (stripe.com/privacy)
• Google Play — payment processing for in-app purchases (policies.google.com/privacy)
• RevenueCat — subscription management and billing lifecycle (revenuecat.com/privacy)

All third-party providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.

Your photos and videos are stored securely and are only accessible to you and those you choose to share your album QR code or NFC tag with.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and personal data

7.1 Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting privacy@momentomaps.com or using the account deletion option in the app settings. Upon deletion, your photos, albums, and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

The MomentoMaps Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@momentomaps.com and we will delete that information.

9. GDPR — Rights for Users in the European Union

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• The legal basis for processing your data is performance of a contract (to provide the Service) and, where applicable, your consent
